Susan teaches Pre-Kindergarten children in the Hunca Munca classroom.

She is a native of Denver, Colorado.

Susie received her bachelors in public health and anthropology from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA. She is currently working on her Masters in educational psychology at the University of Colorado Denver.

“Paddington is a warm and welcoming community where teachers celebrate each individual child and delight in joint discovery,” Susies says of Paddington Station.

Not only is Susie a Paddington teacher, but she was a Paddington parent as well.  Her son, Max, loved his time at Paddington Station.

Susie loves so many children’s books! Some of her favorites are Fur Family by Margaret Wise Brown, Flower Garden, by Eve Bunting, and I Am an Artist, by Pat Lowery Collins.

When Susie is not at Paddington, she enjoys doing yoga, gardening and making up new treats in the kitchen with her son, Max.
