Kristi Franko has been teaching two and three-year-olds in the Squirrel Nutkin classroom since 2003.

She says about the preschool, "Paddington is a kind and loving community that provides children with a healthy and happy environment to grow and learn.  I love working with amazing people who all share a common philosophy that children deserve respect and the opportunity to express themselves openly and honestly."

Near the top of her long list of favorite children's books: The Big Orange Splot by D. Manus Pinkwater.

Kristi is a Colorado native who grew up in Lakewood.

When she isn't in her classroom, she enjoys travelling, cooking, and of course eating what she whips up in the kitchen.
