Nea McKeehan teaches two & three-year-olds in the Benjamin Bunny classroom and has been a teacher with Paddington Station Preschool 2007.
Nea says what she loves most about Paddington is, "How children are provided the wonderful opportunity to grow and develop in a safe, positive and loving environment where each child is valued as an individual and where children are encouraged to learn through play."
She admits it's difficult to choose one favorite children's book, but at the top of the list are: Giraffes Can't Dance, by Giles Andrea and Guy Parker-Rees, A Pocketful of Kisses, by Angela McAllister and Sue Hellard, and The Napping House, by Audrey Wood and Don Wood.
Nea is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and has lived in the Denver-area since 2004.
Not only is Nea a Paddington teacher, but she was a Paddington parent as well. Her son, Gordy, attended Paddington Station and is now at Stanley British Primary School.
When Nea is not at Paddington, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and travelling. Play time with her two dogs, Cricket and Nibbles, is high up on the list of things-to-do during her down time.
