Payments may be paid by check, ACH, or credit card. To cover the cost of processing a credit or charge card transaction, and pursuant to section 5-2-212, Colorado Revised Statutes, a seller or lessor may impose a processing surcharge in an amount not to exceed the merchant discount fee that the seller or lessor incurs in processing the sales or lease transaction. A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, a check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card. Credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee.

A late charge of $15.00 per month will be assessed to any account that is delinquent over thirty days, together with interest at the rate of 18% per year. The bank fee incurred by the school will be assessed for any insufficient funds fees or credit card chargebacks. If legal action is necessary to collect any amount due to the School, or to interpret, enforce, reform, rescind or otherwise modify any term of this Extended Day, in addition to the full principal and interest amounts due, the School shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with such proceedings.

Cancellation Policy: Undersigned Parent(s) and Guardian(s) acknowledge and agree that it is extremely important for the School’s planning and hiring purposes to have the commitment of Student and Parent(s) or Guardian(s) for the 2026-27 Extended Care Program. The School will incur expenses in reliance on the commitment to enroll Student in Extended Care, and those expenses are not reduced by Student’s absence, withdrawal, or dismissal. Therefore, Parent(s) or Guardian(s) acknowledge and agree that the following provisions shall apply regarding the payment of extended care fees:

1.     Enrollment in Extended Care may be cancelled if written notification is received by the School on or before June 1, 2026.
2.     If Student is withdrawn after June 1, 2026, and the School is unable to fill the Student’s space in Extended Day, it is understood that there is an unconditional obligation to the School for the complete payment of all fees due for the academic year, it being understood and agreed that such payment is a reasonable approximation of the School’s resulting liquidated damages that would otherwise be difficult to ascertain and quantify, and not a penalty.

Mid-Session Enrollment: If space permits, and you would like to enroll your child in a program mid-session, you will be responsible for signing an Extended Day Agreement and paying the stated amount for the number of days remaining in the year, which will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.
