What is Paddington to you?
Being a part of a community of learners (both children & grown-ups!) who value play, relationship-building, and authentic learning experiences is important to me. A huge part of my teaching philosophy stems from the Reggio Emilia approach. My image of the child is that they are capable, competent, current citizens who have a natural, innate love of learning — and my role is to nourish that love and learn alongside them while supporting their growth and development.
When I’m not at Paddington….
When I’m not at Paddington, I love spending time with friends and family. Being outside is often where I’m happiest!
