The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn. - Maria Montessori
Early childhood is so magical! Being there to support them as the discover and explore new things really makes me feel like I have a purpose within my career and brings me joy.
I knew I wanted to work with children from a young age. As I got older, I realized teaching was my calling and now I can’t picture myself doing anything else. Preschool is the best age because you get to witness such big milestones with the kiddos! All the little things are celebrated as big things and that is so special! Watching a kiddo develop empathy and make new friends is magical and beyond rewarding! Each day I get to learn from the kiddos, sometimes even more than they learn from me!
